The Om Zone is where we've dedicated space to connect with you. Think of this space like a digital altar, a place where visitors can pause, breathe, and connect. Check back often for our weekly updates or better yet join our subscriber list below to stay up-to-date on classes, courses and other happenings as we grow this space.  

Trauma-Aware

Our yoga classes offer a supportive, invitational space to gently explore connection with your body and breath. Rooted in compassion, choice, and curiosity, our trauma-informed approach promotes nervous system awareness, grounding practices, and self-regulation.

There is no expectation to perform or achieve the perfect pose. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Each session is guided with care, offering options rather than instructions, so that you can move at your own pace, in your own way. We’re simply here to walk beside you.
